About me
My Personal Story
After 24 years working in the new build industry, I know first-hand how intense it can be. The relentless targets, the constant pressure to perform, always needing to be switched on. I worked as a sales executive and sales manager, and while I was good at my job and outwardly successful, inside I often felt anxious, exhausted and overwhelmed. Like many others, I kept going, pushing through, until I knew something had to change.
I knew there had to be more to life than surviving the week. So I listened to that voice and made a change. I retrained as a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT®) and hypnotherapist and it shifted everything.
RTT® didn’t just give me a new career, it helped me overcome the overwhelm, anxiety and self-doubt that had been weighing me down for years. I now live with more calm, clarity and confidence than I ever thought possible.
And that’s why today, I help professionals in the construction and new build industries break free from overwhelm, self-doubt and chronic stress using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®).
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck. They’re underperforming, not hitting targets, and feeling the financial and emotional weight of that pressure. Even when they’re at home, they can’t switch off, overthinking, always in a heightened state, mentally still at work.

At home, I’m a mum, a wife (we quietly tied the knot at Gretna Green after 25 years together!), and a devoted servant to Billy the cat, who definitely runs the house. I love good food, great books, travel, and laughing with the people I care about most.
Most of all, I believe in kindness – towards others and ourselves. No one should have to carry everything alone.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Using the all of the very best elements of psychotherapy, neuroscience linguistic programming and cognitive behavioural techniques, mixed with a more advanced form of hypnotherapy than the standard, RTT® gently guides you to the root cause of what's been keeping you stuck, often something you're not even consciously aware of. Once uncovered, these old patterns can be released and replaced with new, positive beliefs that align with the life you truly want to live.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?
During an RTT® hypnosis session, you'll enter a deeply relaxed and focused state, similar to the feeling you have just before falling asleep or when daydreaming. While in this relaxed state, you are always in complete control. You can speak, move, or stop the process at any time. It's not like what you might have seen in stage shows with pendulums or swinging watches. There's no "going to sleep" involved. Instead, it's about being in a deeply confortable, relaxed state, where you're still fully aware of your surroundings.
Think about the times you've driven somewhere you're familiar with, like your regular route. You arrive at your destination and realise you don't quite remember every detail of the journey, but you were always in control of the car. If you needed to, you could have stopped at any time. That's very similar to what hypnosis feels like. You are in complete control throughout and you will only share what you are comfortable with.
The depth of trance does not affect the results. Whether you're in a light or deep state of relaxation, your subconscious mind will still be able to access and process the information needed to create lasting change.
